It looks like Asus has taken the feedback from consumers and has worked on its software and has now enabled support for gesture navigation as a part of its ZenUI custom interface, much like other manufacturers and the newly released Android 9 Pie which by default uses gestures as the means of navigating through the UI. The new OTA update with build number 80.30.96.71 dated August 14, 2018 brings a new option under Settings > Display > Navigation Bar > Navigation Gestures which when enabled will let you navigate through the UI with gestures....

With BlackBerry Blend, users will be able to sync content (including BlackBerry messages) from their BlackBerry handset to the larger screen of a tablet or a PC. So the idea is similar to what Apple announced with Continuity feature for iOS 8. You can keep track of everything happening on your BlackBerry without needing to take it out when you’re at your desk. The corresponding (client) apps will be available for Windows, Mac, Android tablets and iPads....

The latest offerings from OnePlus include three models, two of which belong to the U-series — priced considerably on the lower end, while the third falls in the slightly higher-end of the spectrum. Google is aiming to capture the low-cost budget segment in the world’s fastest growing smartphone market. Currently only 29% of about 920 million mobile phone users in India own smartphones. Thanks to the update, Google Photos will now offer a star-shaped “Favourites” button and a heart-shaped “Like” button. The “Star” button will only appear in your own photo gallery and is aimed at allowing you to mark a favorite photo. Meanwhile, the app will also populate a separate folder for all of your Favourite photos. The Heart Icon on the Google Photos is more of a revamped version of the “Like” button....

As of late, Google My Maps has become a cesspool of illicit listings. These entries consist of various links which all lead to an online player or a download page that allows anyone to grab a copy of any recently leaked file such as the Game of Thrones debacle. “My Maps” is not a particularly popular platform and essentially, lets you create custom maps as the name suggests.
