Through Project Ara, Motorola wants to create an ecosystem that can support third-party hardware development for individual phone components, which would let you upgrade just your phone’s processor or display or anything else by shopping at different vendors. This is very similar to the Phonebloks project which came to limelight few months back, but wasn’t taken too seriously by many (yours truly included) as it seemed like an extremely impractical idea....

While, for the most part, a regular notes app serves well in this scenario, it lacks the features found on some of the modern note-taking apps. For instance, a lot of note-taking apps these days offer users the flexibility to take personalized notes with support for all the different kinds of media. Not just that, these apps also help teams in a professional setting as well by providing collaboration and task management features....

Starting off with what stands out when the device is held in hand for the first time, that amazing build quality. Nokia is known to build their phones like a tank and the 6.1 is no exception. The body is carved out of a single block of 6000 series Aluminum with chamfered edges giving it a premium look. Even though the smartphone looks and feels great, the back has a very smooth matte finish which makes the device extremely slippery in the hand, and the sharp edges just add to misery....

PureView Technology Nokia 808 comes with a brand new PureView technology, which sets a new benchmark with imaging technology on smartphones. Many people have always made fun of Nokia N8 as a camera first and a phone next. It looks like Nokia 808 will manage to carry forward that tradition. But it seems that such a big name like Nokia isn’t ready to abandon the hardware market just yet. Today the company has posted an image with a mysterious black box on its Twitter account, saying – ‘guess what? We’re up to something’. A previous tweet contains the following image, which hints that the company plans to enter the wearables’ market. And prior to that, Nokia’s tweets were clearly speaking about a ‘reinvented Nokia’ and a ‘fresh start’....

A typical design, but not a ‘typical Oppo’ design Oppo’s design language has been pretty out there for a while now. The brand has never shied away from creating designs that would not only turn heads but will also make one stop and stare. Its smartphone designs can be polarising but they will definitely spark conversations. The Oppo F19 Pro+, however, speaks a different language. Oppo for once decided to go with a slightly more subtle, mainstream-looking phone as opposed to the in-your-face design that the brand generally creates....

The biggest highlight of the new processors is the fact that they are now compatible with two rear camera sensors. Both of them support up to a pair of 8-megapixel lenses. For single arrangements, the Snapdragon 439 can power a 21-megapixel snapper, while the Snapdragon 429 is limited to 16-megapixel. The Snapdragon 439 supports a maximum resolution of Full HD+ and the Snapdragon 432, HD+. Performance upgrades are largely marginal on these new processors especially in the case of the Snapdragon 439....

Modern, mainstream design The Realme 6 ticks all the design boxes a smartphone in this price range is expected to tick. The smartphone comes with a tall, punch hole display, surrounded by thin bezels on three sides and a slightly thicker chin. A glass-like plastic back with color gradient and light patterns and a long capsule-shaped camera unit. The design of the Realme 6 is pretty routine apart from the power/lock button placed on the right side of the phone....

The Realme 9 Pro+ offers some interesting specs for the price, such as the new MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G chipset, Sony IMX 766 sensor, 90Hz AMOLED display, and more. On top of that, the device also features the trendy color-changing back panel abilities that we first saw on the Vivo V23 Pro and some Xiaomi devices (spoiler alert – it looks very cool in person). The Realme 9 Pro+ sits right between the Pro series devices and the flagship GT series, but is it a worthy addition to the Realme lineup?...

Solid, sturdy, smart design When a smartphone comes with a starting price of around Rs. 7,000, you generally do not expect the design to turn heads, and the Realme C3 is no exception in this matter. It comes with a tall 6.52 inches HD+ display with a drop notch to host the front camera. The bezels on the sides are impressively thin for smartphones at this price, but there is a more than visible chin right below the display....

Specs on paper aside, does the real-world usage make us recommend the Realme U1 over other smartphones in its segment? Let’s find out. Samsung Galaxy A51: Design and Display In terms of design, the Galaxy A51 comes with diamond-cut patterns on the rear with different color shades and a rectangular camera module for the cameras. Towards the front, it features a 6.5-inch Infinity-O Super AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, a 2340 x 1080 screen resolution, and a hole-punch cutout to house the front-facing camera.
